Real Estate Market Update

For week ending 2/6/2011

There were 26 newly listed single family homes in Lewis County last week.They ranged in price from $14,500 to $1,250,000.  Two were REO Properties and there where no short sales. Six were located in the Chehalis School District, Seven were located in the Centralia District, two from the  Winlock School District, and 11 from surrounding areas and East Lewis County Schools. 

There were 16 homes that changed their status to “Pending” (under contract with a buyer) in Lewis County Last Week, 11 of those were REO homes and 2 were short sale homes. 

Six homes sold in Lewis County last week.  There were no REO or Short sales.  They ranged in price from $62,000 to $285,000, with an average sales price at 96% of list price.
